  1. Orders for items can be placed by means of the website found at SmimVits.com
  2. Orders are accepted 24 hours a day, year round and paid for using Paypal.
  3. Orders placed on weekdays after 12:00pm, as well as orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays and during national holidays will be processed the next business day.
  4. Providing correct data at SlimVits.com  on-line store is a necessary condition for fulfilling the order. Providing a updated postal address on Paypal  is necessary to confirm the acceptance  of the order. Orders not confirmed by a Paypal email within 2 business days will not be sent. Acceptance of each order will be confirmed by a email sent from Paypal system.
  5. Suspicious orders will be verified by real people – such orders might be cancelled within Paypal. 
  6. Ordered items are delivered by a postal/courier service – the delivery date is about 6 -12 business days from the date stamp on your Paypal emailed invoice.  In the event of an item being out-of-stock, Customer is informed about this fact and about the longer delivery date.

  9. Customer can withdraw from a purchase within 10 calendar days from the date of item purchase. The return of an item must be preceded by a written declaration and sent with International Tracking. The item cannot show signs of wear and must be in an original package.
